Yes, that's the way it works. You only have to pay the yearly renewal fee if you want to continue to download new versions.

But is there anything for which I pay once only so that I use it in my 100's or thousands of websites (unlimited version or vbseo).

No you must purchase an additional license for every domain.

Thanks for the link. Good Information but the black background makes it difficult to read, and looks old and akward. Just a suggestion for changing its background color and some designs.
