Transfer Policy: Buying or Selling a vBSEO License

For those of you planning to buy/sell a vBSEO license from/to another person, please be aware of the following restrictions.

All vBSEO customers MAY update their forum URL, or update their existing license from one forum URL to another, as long as the transfer is NOT to another person. Additionally, DOMAIN changes may only be permitted 1 time within a 90 DAY period.

Special restrictions apply to transfers between vBSEO customers and a 3rd party during a sale of the license, or a transfer for any other purpose.

SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS FOR VBSEO LICENSE TRANSFERS TO 3RD PARTIES

• The vBSEO license must NOT have been transferred in the previous 12 month period
• The vBSEO license must have been active for a period of at least 3 months from the date of purchase
• The vBSEO license must be UN-EXPIRED. Note: If expired, the license must be renewed prior to authorization of the transfer.
• If moving the license to a new site, vBSEO must be un-installed and all files removed/deleted prior to the transfer being authorized. It is the original license holder's responsibility to ensure vBSEO is un-installed and completely removed.
• The new owner must have their own vbseo.com username. They cannot assume control of the previous owner's account.

SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS FOR VBSEO DOMAIN CHANGES

• Customers are permitted to change their vBSEO license to a new domain.
• However, this can be done only 1 time within a 90 DAY period.
• The vBSEO license must be UN-EXPIRED.

How to Request a Transfer

To request a transfer of your forum from one URL to another, or from one owner to another, you must open a support ticket:

Note: Only the registered owner can make this request.

Hello Jassem ,

Each vBSEO license is good only for the domain it is purchased. In order to use vBSEO on another domain you must purchase additional license.

How come it's 90 days for you to be able to change the licence to a new domain?

This is just a general question, not a moan ;-)

If you change your domain that often it will be detrimental to your SEO progress anyway, so there is really no reason you should be changing domains very often, if ever.

If we're thinking of purchasing a vBSEO license from someone, how can we be sure that the license is active and legitimate? The seller has provided me with his license information and e-mail address, but I'd like to have you guys verify its authenticity. I can't find anywhere on the site where this can be done. Can someone help me please?
