In case if some characters are still not rewritten as you like, vBSEO allows you to use own "text filtering" function, where you define how to translate originial text in URL.

Can you tell me more detail on this subject? I cannot find "text filtering" function in vbseo demo control panel

This is defined manually by editing config_vbseo.php file.
vBSEO demo instance uses ISO-8859-1 character set, I believe your board must be running UTF-8 to be able to reproduce URLs correctly.
