Switch from PHPBB3 to vBulletin

Hello!

I have a very active phpbb3 forum. I'd like to uprgade to vBulletin without losing any of my database. This includes all the topics, posts, users, user information, etc. Is it possible to transfer all of that into a vBulletin forum?

Regardless, vBulletin has an importing system called impex that comes free with purchase of the vBulletin software. You can import all of your users, posts, settings, and the like through this system.

Is it easy to use? Does it matter if I have a mac? Also, can it be done for me if I pay someone.. if so what would that cost?
