    Support Problems @ vbSEO

I have been a user of vBSEO for a good amount of time, but never used the forums here, until now.

I am unable to open a support ticket, nor can I search the troubleshooting forums.

I own two licenses of vBSEO.

Please SOMEONE, give me access, my site has been down for a week and I need access to troubleshoot the problem I am having.

That domain shows up in the registration database.

In viewing your site, it looks like your server has an outdated version on ionCube installed. The latest loaders can be obtained from PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Download

Joe Ward is working on giving me access, so you can move this thread to the troubleshooting forum.

So far, I have tried downloading those loaders, and placing them in the ioncube folder above the vbseo stuff. Did not help. I have also commented out the ioncube stuff in the php.ini file.

If I do that , and use the latest loaders, I get a different error. It says that the vbseo.php file is corrupt.....
