Hi, I'm thinking to buy vbseo, but still have some question below:
1. should i buy vbulletin license first..that buy vbseo? or i just buy vbseo package?
2. should i install vbulletin first then installing vbseo as a patch/plug-in to vbulletion? or just install vbseo only?

Please give me a step-by-step instalation.

1) You will need to buy vbulletin. vBSEO is an addon for it. It requires vbulletin. We do not have a package that includes vbulletin along with our vbseo.

2) You will need to have vbulletin installed in order to run vBSEO.
