About LinkBacksHello, my site was indexed and SEO by another company but i find out that there work is not good, and i want to get vBSEO so i'm wondering if it will impact vBSEO work, also i want to know how long will it take to update the links in search engine (after i install vbseo i will be using url rewrite)

vBSEO will help your site improve. I'm not sure what the other company did for you, so I cannot comment on anything specific.
Update of links occurs over time. Googlebot should take a near immediate interest thanks to our sitemap and your update to vBSEO alerting them of major changes.
