Should I buy this software?

It's only been open for less than a month. I'm making about .50 cent a day with AdSense.
I was told that I should buy this software if I want to make more revenue so I can afford better hosting.

Is this a program that runs on my computer or do I put it on my server?
And what requirements do I need so I can contact my host and ask them.
(Velcom.com if anyone already knows it works with them)

2. Download the Test script from here (http://www.vbseo.com/downloads/) and upload to your server. Call it in a browser and it will tell you which version of vBSEO your server supports.
