Should I buy?

I run a vbulletin/vbadvanced website that has around 300,000 threads and 9,000+ members. We have been around for 5 years now.

Currently I am running: vBSEO :: Sitemap Generator and I have the following in my .htaccess:

As you can see, my forum and thread links are search engine friendly (I believe).

Ok I get what the features are, but I want to know is how is this better then what I already have enabled with my rewrite rules in my htaccess?

Apologies, when I scanned the links on your homepage I didn't realize that you had any rewrite rules for static URLs in place.

And the reason I did not notice, is also the answer to your question!

It appears that you are using one of the mod_rewrite hacks.

As a result, your forum now has even more duplicate content and inconsistent URLs that it would have if you had left it with a default vBulletin installation. See your vBA homepage. None of the showthread.php links are rewritten there.

Also, although some of your links are rewritten inside of your forum, not all are, and you do not have link consensus or consistency. This basically refers to the status of having 1 URL per unique content page on your forum. Achieving this distributes your pagerank better, consolidates your incoming links from external to 1 page rather than many duplicates, and increasings the search engine crawling and indexing process significantly.

That covers the rewrite aspect of your question. However, the rewrite you have installed is just that.

Instead, vBSEO is a full featured SEO solution, of which rewritten Content Relevant URLs (CRUs) are just one component. As you've seen in the demo, we have implemented many advanced SEO features.

If you decide not to proceed with vBSEO-enabling your forum at this time, I would recommend that you remove the rewrites you have in place to prevent them from impacting your SEO in a negative way.
