Secondhand license.

Hi,

I have just read the Vbseo transfer policy and I have a question.

If I buy a secondhand Vbseo tranferible license, can the original owner charge it back anytime?

With regards Vbulletin forum and suite, the original owner can always charge back the license even once ia has been fully transfered.That means if you buy a vb secondhand license, you will never be fully safed.

What about Vbseo?

Once the transfer is done, the former proprietary can't pull it back to their account.
