    Scared Buyer!!!

I want to purchase and install vbSEO real bad but I am real concerned about 3 things if you can answer them for me to help with my decision:

    1. I currently have over 17000 posts and the board is a 3.6.8 PL2 but I will be upgrading to 3.7.0 when the stable release is ready so will it upgrade along with it?? Or will i have to re-install it??

    2. What will the new system do to my indexed threads and posts? Will they die and have to re-generate

    3. I have Excellent Term position and I am worried about losing that!! Will I for awhile in everyone's experience with what I am doing??

    1. We have vBulletin 3.7 running now. It's compatible; however, we're ugprading vBSEO to include support for new URL formats, etc. Once 3.7 is stable, we'll release a new version of vBSEO for ensured full compatibility.

    2. Your currently indexed threads/posts will be updated to the new locations. This is accomplished through a "301 redirect" method, which is basically the standard way of letting the search engines know the new address of your content, so they can update it.

    3. With changes to your SEO, there could be some changes in ranking for particular terms. Fortunately, our typical expectation with vBSEO is for you to achieve higher ranking, but more importantly achieving more traffic, from a greater number of keywords. This is the "search long tail", and is what we focus on when we optimize on a thread by thread basis.

It's understandable to have some reservations before installing, when you're unfamiliar with the technology. Fortunately, thousands of vBSEO customers have made this journey before you with great results. This should help make finalize your decision.
