Run ISAPI Rewrite 3 with vbSEO or just run vbSEO?

I am currently running vBulletin 4.1.4 on a Windows 2003 IIS6 machine with ISAPI Rewrite 3. Will vbSEO replace my usage of ISAPI Rewrite or do they need to work together?

I'm just wondering if I need to buy a license to ISAPI Rewrite and vbSEO.

vbseo requires a re-write module.
IIS7 has this built in natively by use of the web.config file.
IIS6 will require the isapi module . If you only have 1 website, it is free (ISAPI lite version).
