Thanks...after reading the post it's still not clear to me whether it is possible or not. Since they leave all the files in the root.
I have all my files in http://www.site.com/forum/blog.php http://www.site.com/forum/thread.php
I want to leave the forum accessible via http://www.site.com/forum and the blogs through http://www.site.com/blogs
