I have 2 servers that I've installed that I absolutely know do NOT have IonCube installed, unless IonCube was somehow slipped into the FreeBSD port. I do have eaccelerator installed on both.

Your test script indicates that Ioncube is installed on each.

Is your test script comprehensive, using all the iocube functions that are necessary, or is this a gamble?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

the test script indicates that Ioncube is supported (not installed) - that means that it should work with dynamically loaded ioncube libraries, which are included with vBSEO zip package (or downloaded from http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php). That doesn't require server configuration changes.

However, in your case the problem is possible, because Ioncube is not compatible with eAccelerator, as far as I know. The solution is either to use Zend version of vBSEO or to uninstall eaccelerator/switch to APC cache.
