Nvm it shows up now for renewal? Is it possible to change my url as my old forum I made at 2006 doesn't exist anymore.

Hello Albert,

According to our License Transfer Policy, you cannot transfer an expired license. Therefore you need to renew your license. Replied your ticket.

Albert - when you submit the renewal, please do it with the *old* forum URL. That will ensure the system processes it immediately.

Then you can open a support ticket and request that your license be transferred to the new forum URL.
