Renewing your license is a $35. Upgrade is a "service" we provide, if requested, for a $27 fee. Upgrade service is only for users who do not want to do the upgrade install themselves.
I already request for upgrade, but I'm still waiting for tech to chime in. Any help on this.

Can someone point me to the link to renew my license. Also, I have moved the forum to a new domain, and didn't transfer the Vbseo files over - is there anything I need to do?
If I pay the $27 + $35 will support upload all the files for the new version and install?
About new domain - submit a ticket asking for a domain change. THEN once updated, then you can install. Otherwise, installing it on the new domain will give you that "error message."
Seconly, https://www.vbseo.com/downloads/ has all your licenses displayed - there's a drop down box for renewal, installation service, etc.
And if I was you, I'd save that installation money. Installing VBSEO is much easier than installing vbulletin. And the only hard work is modifying and tweaking the vbseo installation to YOUR liking or using the suggestions provided by the vbseo team.
My download screen pushes me to a screen that asks me to update my customer profile. I can't find a link to download anything or upgrade.

Unfortunately no, I submit and it keeps the page up. It also doesn't give me an error message for a required field so I'm stuck.
He's not saying that Carlos. He's indicating that he is submitting, but not getting an error message I believe.
Is that right Matt? You entered all the fields, and click submit and it still does not display your downloads?
I assumed that an error message means that the software backend doesn't recognize the answer, or its left blank. Thus my suggestion about filling in all the details (but not every field is required - such as those phone numbers, and multiple users, etc).
Yes, the only fields that aren't filled in are fax and second language. And it still doesn't push me to my downloads.
Also, ticket submited for the domain change.
I didn't put fax, nor second language. Strange, it worked for me.
Ok Matt, please open a support ticket. I'm also going to create an internal note for the dev team to check the system out.
