Reduced Fee for Charity or Not-for-Profit Groups?

I had to ask this, as I searched in here, but did not see this question asked or answered.

Do you offer any reduced fee for groups who run forums which are for charity, or not-for-profit organisations?

does vBulletin have a discount like this ? I really donot know thats why i wondered.

This is actually like pointing out when you are fined for parking in a wrong area and not gettin the fine, and you tell the police officer "look, those cares are wrong too and you dont fine them!".

I'd be eager to go ahead with some sort of purchase of vbSEO, but I'd like to know the answer to this first. Could someone from vbSEO please confirm their stance on this? If there is no official stance, that's OK, just let me know if it can be dealt with on a one-off basis.
