    Question: URL existence, and encryption

    Hi,

Two pre-sales question. Please help asap, as I am ready to go.

-url declaration: I don't have the url working, and am developing the forum on dev server, does this delay getting vbseo, as I am not ready to put it up yet, but need to integrate it on dev server.

-encryption- is the code encrypted. This would be a show-stopper for me, as that means I cannot make any mods (which I like to do)

    Thanks, steve

    Hello Steve,

You can do two things, you can either post what the URL will be, then ask for a development license in a support ticket, or you can just define the URL you are testing it at, and then get it transferred to your live site when you are ready.

No, vBSEO is no longer encrypted.

Hi Steve - It would be preferred if you give us your *final* forum URL location when you order, and then request the development URL via your ticket. However, as Mike noted, we can handle it either way.

Hi yes, that is my plan. To provide the final form url, but the forum has not been loaded there. I will then provide the support ticket, and then when everything checks out, upload to the destination.

    Thanks,

    steve

    I just bought!! Great!

Your support system is out to lunch (searching for related articles forever), so I am PM'ing both of you with request for dev license.

    Thanks!

    Hi Steve,

You do not need to use the knowledge base only. If you cannot find your answer just enter a support ticket and staff will answer you directly.

To add a test license, you just need to specify the test URL in your ticket.
