Question Question Regarding Win2k3 Install and IIS 6.0

I cannot find any documentation regarding installing VBSEO on a server with Win2k3 and IIS 6.0? Is there any write-ups/how-tos for this as I would feel much more comfortable reading through this before purchasing it. I sent a request in this weekend via your VBulletin contact us page but haven't received a response yet.

I am currently waiting on my hosting provider to get my VPS plan setup as they are setting up new hardware but I am curious as to what all is needed for a Windows IIS install?

Also for users with shared hosting plans is it possible to install VBSEO on a Windows IIS host that also provides PHP 4 and mySQL 4.x?

Best regards.

You will also need ISAPI_Rewrite installed, which is available as a free download.

ISAPI_Rewrite - URL Rewrite engine for IIS, ISAPI Filter for URL Rewriting, mod_rewrite for IIS

So the ISAPI_Rewrite Lite edition is needed vs. the Full edition?

Is there any documentation available for the install and configuration for IIS?

I wouldn't normally ask all of these questions but without the documentation it is almost impossible to determine what is needed and how to install the software.

Yes, the free version of ISAPI_Rewrite is all that you need.

The downloadable package has the ISAPI Rewrite rules that you will need. Otherwise, it installs just like any other vBulletin Product through the Product Manager in AdminCP.
