Question regarding moving of URL

Hi,

I've emailed and no response (more than a week now) and I've tried to chat to you numerous times via live chat, all times of day and night, and you're never online.

I'd like to move my URL to a new URL. How do I go about doing that? Is that possible? Is it allowed, or must I purchase a new copy of VBSEO?

Regarding transferring your licence to a new domain you should check our Transfer Policy: Buying or Selling a vBSEO License

Basically as long as your licence has been active for more than 3months, is un-expired and has not been changed in the past 90days then you can transfer it to a new domain name. To do this you will need to open a support ticket with a request where a staff member will confirm you meet the requirements and then change it for you.
