vBSEO installation is completed within 5 minutes , after that it takes 15 minute to configure the settings. If you choose to stay with default settings which most sites does you dont have to spend the extra 15 minutes. You can check installation instructions at http.//www.vbseo.com/readme.html

vBulletin currently doesnt have any permalink structure. However with vBSEO your forum will have a proper permalink structure. You can choose different permalink options vBSEO offers.
