    Question Queries

    I use vbulletin forum
    Powered by vBulletin® Version 3.6.4
Powered by vBadvanced CMPS v3.0 RC1
I do not have a .htaccess file on the server. I have installed mods/hacks like

    Add keywords-description to each forum
I tried to install zoints seo but it messed up the whole forum so i disabled it.

Furthermore I am on a shared hosting server.

Are you sure vbseo would work on my forum?

Also, if i cannot get it to work (being a non-techie) , how quick do you reply to queries and would you take the pain of going through the errors and helping me install vbseo?

If you have any trouble whatsoever with installation, our support team will help you troubleshoot.

Sometimes shared hosting providers have mod_rewrite (an essential component) disabled.

Our support team can help you to determine this.

In the event that your host does not support the needed functionality, you will be refunded in full.

Our support team is very responsive, so you should not have to wait too long for an answer to your ticket.

The vBSEO style is available to vBSEO owners, though it is not officially supported.

    Glad to hear that.

Things do slow down in off hours though. Best time to seek support is around 9am to 5pm AST.

In off hours, we still have staff members checking the site periodically, as well as our Global Partners team managing tickets, with priority to our non-English speaking customers.
