About LinkBacksUnfortunately, my country is not supported by paypal and any account creations with stating living in a different country is considered illegal as what their TOS states. The 2CO purchase problem is that the "Verified by Visa" do not allow the purchase to succeed. I contacted my bank and they said that it is a 2CO problem and they have to sort it out for you. I don't know why but it seems so strange! I just used my VISA to purchase the VB Forum Licenese and it went so smooth. Please let me know if I can pay directly by the VISA I would be grateful.
