Just a heads up to connect me, TheOptimist, with an order for vBSEO for www.marriedplace.com placed last week. Still waiting for download instructions.

Will be installed by www.urljet.com if that information helps...

    Thank you !

Please note: www.urljet.com gave me a link to click on, as a reseller or as an affiliate, etc. And so I clicked, ordered, and paid. Wouldn't that be a fairly common way to buy vbSEO or do you HAVE to register, logon, and buy it direct, bypassing your affiliates? Just my first impression, as a new customer... I paid, you have my money, and then after days of waiting, I'm posting to see what the status is... I can only imagine this is a common occurrence... and one you would want to correct.

    That's not a problem.

IDEALLY, you should be registered/logged in here before making the purchase (thus, giving you an account).

Just pm Joe as stated above with your transaction info, and they will assign your license to your forums userID as well.

Regardless of whether you are logged in or not when you purchase, you will be sent an email, with either your order completion notice, or a request for additional information (i.e. in your case, we would ask for your username).

Our system actually sent 2 automated emails requesting information. These may have ended up in your spam and overlooked.

Spam is one common reason that emails do not get delivered as expected. We also have experienced some glitches in our system that have prevented emails from getting sent out, but this is a more rare occurrence.
