Purchased over 28 hours ago, yet received nothing..

I'm pretty dissapointed in vbseo, i've just spent $140 for something and i've not even received it...

I own a few software selling websites and we make sure our customers get there products instantly.

Can someone send me what i paid for, or can i get a refund?
