Is this easy to install? Work with most mods? If I already have links established with Google, will this create problems for SEO at first?
Right now I have Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs installed and being used. How is VBSEO different? Would I have to change my current htaccess?

Also, does the full blown Vbseo come with sitemap generator, or do you still need to install that separately?

Yes, you should disable the vb sitemap tool. It will not pick up vbseo'ed urls.
vbseo is completely different from vb, and comparing is a moot point. Basically you will turn off everything from vb, and use vbseo's methods/scripts instead.Brian Cummiskey / Crawlability Inc.
