Problems with Order

I made an order, but got this email below, there is no url to visit, just looks like a variable that didn't produce what it was supposed to. I figured the order number might be sensitive info, so I x'd out most of it. Can you help?? I guarantee I entered the url when submitting the form, so I'm not sure why in the world it didn't go through. Here is the email:
