Problem with my order

Hi,

I am having a problem with my order.

I have contacted Oleg via PM and he can't find my order.

I have also emailed sales with my receipt and left a message to sales via telephone.

My credit card has been charged and I have a crawlability transaction ID and paypal receipt.

Please help!

Ya - I am figuring that. It is just too bad, I wanted to work on getting the forum up and running for visitors today.

Is there any harm in starting to make posts BEFORE installing vbSEO?

if you're on a brand new forum, it won't matter. without a link in to your site or a sitemap, the SE's won't know about its existance anyway, so nothing will get indexed.

So I'd say go ahead and start posting, get some default content on your site. Later today you'll have your vbseo package, and then open it up to guests

I already have all kinds of links from my main website to the forum from different pages.

I also have gotten some blogroll links from others to the forum.

Should I just wait then?

if its already linked in, it's not a big deal.

keep in mind, vbseo 301's old content to the new...
ie, showthead.php?t=1234 to /post-name-1234/ or how ever you have the re-write set.

no problem.

take this thread here for example:

Code:
http://www.vbseo.com/f55/problem-my-order-22420/
Really, the thread is
Code:
http://www.vbseo.com/showthread.php?t=22420
copy paste that into a new window, and watch what happens you end up at the SEO url via a 301-redirect
URL redirection - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So, if I make some posts and so do members, what do I do when I install vBseo?

Thanks.

One more quick question - different topic.

How do I turn off receiving an email for EVERY response to my posts on this forum?

I turned subscribe to threads off in the general USER CP settings, but still receive an email every time you respond.

THANKS!

the setting is not retro-acitive. You won't receive any more NEW notifications, but you're already subscribed to this one.

click the THREAD TOOLS drop down at the top of the thread, and unsubscribe your self.

or, you can do it in bulk via the userCP

Looks like I have to wait for Joe Ward to deal with this issue...as despite my copy of the receipt, they still can't track down my order.

Frustrating, but what can you do?

Thanks for the help.
