Problem With Download

I have purchased your product, though get the following message when attempting to download:

Anthony Parsons, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Could you please rectify thanks.

Also, having to provide the URL that the software will be used is one thing, but I have to use another folder in which to setup the 3.5 version, so I can just roll it over the current when 100% with no board downtime. So if you see my license come back from http://seo.anthonyparsons.com/vbnew/ then that is why. It will still only be listed on the one board, one URL, though once complete, the entire folder will be rolled over the current /forum/ folder, and the /vbnew/ folder delted. Hope this is ok?
