Problem with Colors Forum Tiles

I was recommened this product from a friend who has a forum and I have a problem on my site, much like him with Color Tiles and Embedded images. His quote:

I have found a problem when using colored forum titles. Is there any way to fix this? Example
Forum Title:
<b>FTA <font color=#0000EE>General Discussion</font></b>
Shows url:
/forums/b-fta-font-color-0000ee-general-discussion-font-b/

Notice how it includes the html code.

You say you've fixed this in version 2.4.1. When is that version out to fix this problem?
