Priority support users in customer details

I manage a forum for a friend of mine who recently purchased vBSEO, and I got him to add my details to his account (just like with his vBulletin license), so I'm just wondering what the point of that was if it doesn't give me access to download it, nor does it give me access to the specific vBSEO forums; in fact, it doesn't seem to do anything.

Will I have to login as his account? Seems rather archaic.

Okay then, I was just thrown by the following:

At this time the only additional resource available to "prioritized support" usergroup is access to support system. That may be a sucject to change in the future though.
