Posts' names changed? Moved?

Hello,
I was wondering, if you change the name of a post, does vbSEO automatically redo the URL and 301 to it?

Also, if a thread is moved from one forum to another, is the URL redone and 301ed to the new URL?

As for moved threads, the URL will also be automatically updated and old links redirected.
