Hello. I plan to buy but I have a few queries. I am a total novice in SEO and php.

(1) Presently I have the forum on a different domain name. I plan to move it to a different domain name and maybe new server in the next one or two months. How will the license work? If it does not work I can't buy it.

(2) I have just installed vBulletin 3.6.0 Beta. Will it work with this version?

(3) Will you be releasing compatible versions for the future vBulletin versions? After vB releases a new version, in how much time can we expect a compatible version from you?

(4) I do not know how to use the robots.txt file etc. Where can find this? is it required?

(1) Yes, your license can be transferred.

(2) vBulletin 3.6.x support will be in vBSEO 3.0.0 due out soon.

(3) You should be able to expect a compatible release of vBSEO to be available at the same time, or before a final release of vBulletin. (ie, vBulletin 3.6 is currently at Beta 1; Jelsoft usually goes through a few beta's and a few release candidates before releasing a final version.)

So I guess I cannot buy now as I am using the new features of 3.6.0 beta and can't go back. If I buy now, will you be willing give me a copy of the vBSEo 3.0.0 now? Is there a url where the new features in 3.0.0 are listed?

I requested to join this group but still no response. I want to purchase it now but I want that it works on 3.6.0 right away. And I am leaving for a long travel on the 15th night (in 3 days). So I wont be able to buy after that. So if I can get the 3.0.0. version now which works with 3.6.0, I can buy immediately and set it up before I leave. Please let me know.

i don't think you'll be able to be in the pre-release group unless you bought already ?
as for the vb beta1 3.6 working with vbseo 3.0 personally for me it didn't work, but i see several sites that it is working fine with also..

asking if it'll be done is 3 days is hard to say.. It'd be nice if it's done tonight, but i don't hold my breath. The team here works very hard for this script, but seeing how the version of vb your inquiring about is still is BETA it may take longer to release vbseo3.0.0..

u can't upload the old site and import it to vb3.5 ? the Stable version ? then you wouldn't be asking about vbseo, cuz it'll work fine.

Thanks Loco. I will buy right now if I am told that I can get this version 3.0.0 for my 3.6.0 beta board immediately. By the way any date when it will be released?

I read in a thread that initially it did not work but Juan fixed it and now it is working well on the 3.6.0 Beta test board. So maybe you are talking about the older release of 3.0.0.

Yes, the problem is that I will be on the move for months and have a very slow internet connection if at all I have it. So I will not be able to buy it. And I have the funds right now. There is no guarantee of it later.

No way I can go back. I am using all the extra features of the beta like improved RSS etc. etc. and have been waiting for them for years.
