I was trying to make the point that, if people know prior to purchasing, that it takes 12 - 24 hours after purchase to be able to get their download link, you would have fewer of these posts here with people complaining, and asking why they can't get what they paid for.

As with all things, growth is a pain, and I'm sure you're working hard to streamline the process. I'm with ya!

But seeing as how they are told after they order, it should still cut out them asking why they don't have access to download, but it doesn't. And I don't think having it shown beforehand will change that either.
