yes (after the order is submitted) I have 3 email and 1 p.m from your site that say go to the download area. It has been 26 hrs payment made by pay pal

I ordered yesterday its only been a little over 24 hours since i ordered so no biggie just curious if some thing went wrong

Just playing devil's advocate here, and please understand the tone of this is completely non-threatening, and nothing against you personally, but:

Why? If they want to buy vBSEO, they're going to buy vBSEO. If they are told before they order that they have to wait up to 24 hours to receive the item, do you think it would make a difference? Probably not, since by that time they have decided that they want the product. The sooner the order goes in, the sooner it can be processed.

The notification is made to them on the confirmation screen, so they know what to expect at that point.

Besides all that, I'm pretty sure the plan is to add the information on the order form as well, but I'm (personally) still curious of people's thoughts on why knowing before placing the order really changes anything.

Please PM that information to Juan so that he can assign that license to your username, as it appears that your order did not include your vBSEO.com username.

I did p.m it over 20 hrs ago. why not you help and do the same. keith it says your part of this program also below your username. hey I see your in my state i am on the outer banks so help a neighbor out.

Yes I did and still no reply I am getting mad and upset here, have my vb offline now doing mods on it and wanted to get this in. But ya know they may be on vacation with all our money huh? see quite a few here waiting for downloads. If i dont get it in 12 hrs I will make a post on rip off report . com
