Paid for a VBSEO licence three days ago, still haven't received it?

Hi,
A VBSEO licence of mine recently expired; I submitted payment to renew VBSEO licence on Wednesday, and still have not received the licence. I called, tried to online chat, as well as emailed licence support, but haven't been able to contact anyone. My forum's URL have switched back to "non friendly" URLs as a result, as I upgraded to 3.5 thinking the licence would arrive quickly.

Anyone know whats going on at Crawlability Inc these last few days?

Yup, I filed a ticket there - was just wondering if it is usual for orders to take > 48h during the business week to be processed.

I'm terribly sorry for the delay getting your order to be processed. We have received your ticket and one of our techs will respond to you as soon as possible.

It's not usual for orders to take more than 2 days to be processed (usually it takes a couple minutes), but in some ocassions your order can arrive to our system with missing details. In this case, we e-mail you asking for further details in order to process your order manually.

We now have one technician in charge of managing Sales, and he will gladly assist with any licenses-related questions.

Is there anything else we may do for you?. If so, don't hesitate in letting us know.

The support ticket is #1174-EOSD-5004 - Still haven't seen any response there.

To my knowledge there were no missing details on my order; I just checked the paypal receipt and the forum URL/etc... is all there...
