do i get to download all versions? (i.e for vb3.x and for vb4.x )

my forum is written in hebrew, RTL language,

vbseo is available for both vb3 and vb4 forums. Our latest version, 3.5.1, supports both.

We have several Hebrew customers and many RTL customers. You should be able to use vbseo just fine.
