    Ongoing support?

    Just wanted to say two things... first, from your sticky it says that you do not have to be registered to post questions. That is currently not the case. A message box came up saying access denied until I registered.

    Secondly, I've searched a bit but haven't seen how updates work after purchasing the product. Is it an extra expense? Free upgrades for limited time?

    I'm very new to the website creation and just learning about vbulletin, but I find it very fascinating. Thanks!

    Hopefully this should answer your questions;

    With regards to your first statement regarding being registered to post question, perhaps you could direct me to which sticky you are referencing?

    I think "registered" in this case refers to being a "customer", not just a member of the forum

    NOTE: Only registered vBSEO Owners may post in these forums.
    If you are in reference to this statement, then as Brain pointed out, only registered users who have purchased vBSEO are classed as "registered vBSEO Owners".

    Sorry for my confusion
