    worth using it on this site?

    I have this forum: Free roms & isos 4U - NDS ROMs, GBA ROMs, psp, xbox 360, wii, ps3, ROMs, ISOs, Downloads!

    Its not been updated in a long time and has around 15,000 members, a lot of which are spam bots.

    Do you think id benefit from putting vbseo on there for some extra search engine traffic ?

    Any site will benefit from vBSEO, focusing specifically on long tail search.
