We do not have an exact date set yet, although RC5 is pretty stable now.

I'm just about to install for the first time, should I wait for 3.0 to save myself the time of installing twice?

no need to wait. Upgrading takes less than 5 minutes.

vBSEO is easy to install and upload.
The only thing that takes 5 minutes for me is downloading the database backup (which i do religiously) before I upgrade or install anything on vBulletin.

Well I ran the test.php on my website. It says yes for both! Which one is best to run? Or does it even matter.

Also, this is off the subject of this but there is obviously a referal for vbseo. By this I mean people can refer people to thier specific vbseo link and purchase the software off of their referal. I was contacted via pm about using a specific link to purchase vbseo. I do not want to help anybody out on this. I would like to purchase the software from the main website and benefit from this myself. That was the most annoying pm asking me to use thier link and they will set the vbseo up for me. I run my own copy of vb and am capable of installing it myself (maybe with questions though). I am just saying contacting people out of the blue like that with no usefull information is stupid. Thank you!

If both options are available, choose Zend.

Thank-you for the information about the affiliate that contacted you. Please PM me their contact information.

It should be located in the docs (do not upload) folder inside of the RC5 zip file.
