I have the full version of IIS Rewrite installed and working.

1. vBSEO is running on IIS with ISAPI_Rewrite module installed, you will also need either Zend Optimizer or Ioncube loader installed.

2. Orders are usually fulfilled within 12-24 hours (it's a manual process), often much faster.
