    no where to contact :(

I'm your customer since 2006 and very happy. I have 2 licenses.

3 days ago I renew one of my license, because it's expire and I need to move to other domain. I renew using client area in the right side of expire status of current license/domain. Paid $35 via 2CO.

After payment completed I get email which let me write my domain and forum username. I sent, but I get msg that I must create ticket. I do try to create ticket, but it always refuse me since my status is expire (all 2 licenses are expire). I also sent email to licenses@vbseo.com, then pm staff in this board. All the same answer :( to create ticket.

But how can I create ticket since your system always ask me to pay another $35 ? I'm so confuse here, please assist. I post here because no where to tell you.

    Thanks.

That's right. The autoresponder for PMs includes information on how to get the fastest support possible. However, staff still reads every incoming PM, and we will respond unless your issue gets resolved directly on the forum or within your ticket, etc.
