About LinkBacksI just purchased VBSEO approx. 3 hours ago via PayPal and already PM'd JoeWard my info. Thing is, I didn't recieve an email or receipt from VBSEO/Crawlability, just the one payment confirmation email from PayPal. Should I be worried?

No need for worry. It can take from 12-24 hours for your order to be processed (usually much less).
Was this your first vBSEO license? If so, I'm showing that you are already authorized to download, so you should be all set.
