new vbulletin with same DB and data

Hi.

I have a forum with 10,000 visitors every day.
I am earning good amount through Google ad-sense .

Now i want to buy another VBulletin copy and VBseo copy for a new domain name.
And connect new domain to the same existing database.

Like this i will have a ready made website with fast google page rank and more users on two diffrent domains with a single database and same contents .

I feel this is not good but to earn more money, this is a good idea.

Can you please tell me if i buy another copy of Vbulletin and new VBseo for new domain, it will not reduce my page rank and search result on Google search ?

I am asking this because i think goolgle may think my both two forums as spam ... ? since the content will be same on both forums, only domain will be different.

This is a horrible idea and should not be done. You'll be penalized for duplicate content and will likely lose all ranking.
