About LinkBacksSo I purchased the latest version of vBSEO with the debranding option, and with it came the insight feature. All I received was a email to the insight feature and not to download my vBSEO I just purchased. I have email, PM'd, tried to call customer support with no luck. I need support please. Can someone from this website help a customer out!?!

I never received a payment transaction ID which I'm assuming should have come in a order confirmation email. All it told me after I purchased is to wait for a email with the details and that if I didn't get the email in 30 minutes then to PM someone I think named Cary. I did that yesterday and still no reply.

Ok, so I found my transaction ID via paypal and submitted a ticket for support. Looking forward to getting this resolved ASAP as I just spent over 200 dollars.

Yes, but it does not contain the info I requested. I do not need your email address... I need your payment transaction ID from paypal/2co and your forum URL.
