Need help vbseo Order placed

I have yet to recieve my email with the vbseo scripts. I am not sure if it is because of a weekend day. (sunday) but I am trying to figure out what is going on. 1 email I have received is from sales@crawlability.com which says "ERROR: Unable to display this message content.". Yes I have paid in full, yes I have submitted my URL which it would be installed on. Please help.

Email just sends a receipt.... Check your spam folders.

All the files you need are in the http://www.vbseo.com/downloads/ area.
