Need to change information on file...

The individual who set-up our vBSEO account has since left the company.

I need to change the information on file to reflect this and so that I can maintain our forums from a vBSEO stand-point. For instance, I'm not able to log into the administrative settings because only he had the password.

I tried to click on the support link but because my account is not registered as a customer, I guess I don't have the ability to get any support.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please PM me the email account he would have on file, along with some identifying info including his name and the address he would have added.

If you can verify this, I"ll assign your new account to the license.
