My emails go unanswered...

I have sent 2 emails to the VBSEO staff in regards to my current licenses as well as ordering a new one in the past 2 weeks and none of them have been answered. I have called the 800 # only to be kicked into voicemail.

Is this project still alive? How can I get responses????

What information do you need? I don't currently show any licenses assigned to your account. If you want to PM me the URLs I can take a look.

Ok - I'm going to test that system to make sure that we're receiving the emails.

This has to be the fastest resolution I ever received from any company.

I'm glad that your issue has been corrected Stan. I just wish we could have received your earlier emails. I'm still going to check the system to make sure it's working correctly.
