Mods at vB or vBseo

What's the difference between seo mods on vbulletin.org and vBseo?

I am asking because I want to know what more does vBseo offer.

vbseo works the others you'll have to spend hours tweaking to get 1/5th of what vbseo can do..

I have to just back up entirely what Loco said to be honest.
