Sorry to hear you feel this way, most orders are processed automatically there are a few orders that we don't receive all the required information from paypal/2co and to try and cover these times we added the following information on the purchase confirmations page... The last page you should have seen following purchasing included :-
The times that it has taken 2-3 days will be that we are still waiting for one of more of the details above otherwise, 90% of orders are automatic and if you do contact us after 30min with the details most of the other orders will be completed manually by one of the staff members within a few hours.To complete your order, we need:
Your forum URL (usually submitted with your order)
Your order # (included with your order)
Your username at vBSEO - The Leading SEO Plugin for vBulletin (Register)
Note: If you do not receive an email from sales@crawlability.com within 30 minutes, please PM all 3 items of information to Ceri May.

I have activated your licence. I do apologise that Michael has not dealt with it yet, last three days have been an exception as it is the Christmas holidays not all our staff members are active.
It seems that with your order we didn't receive your username, this could have been because you were not logged in at the time or purchase OR paypal just didn't pass this information back to us, either way I am glad it is now sorted for you and hope you have a happy new year.
